I teach women how to come back to their bodies. Not through talking about it — through actually feeling it. Through somatic practice that teaches you to read what's alive in you, what your nervous system is holding, what you already know but haven't been able to hear.

I bring these sessions to different settings because the environment matters.

In museums and galleries — slow looking becomes somatic practice. Research shows that embodied engagement with art regulates the nervous system and reduces anxiety. You move through the space differently. You leave changed by what you stood in front of.

In nature — the body already knows how to regulate outside. The ground, the air, the pace of something older than all of us.

As an alternative to yoga — in yoga we are often performing presence rather than actually inhabiting it. If you've been going for years and still feel disconnected from your body, this is for you.
