I teach practical skills that actually help. Nutrition for bodies under stress. Body awareness and breathwork for nervous system regulation. Mindfulness practices people can use at their desks, between patients, during the overwhelm.
This isn't generic wellness programming. It's trauma-informed, body-centered education grounded in fifteen years of clinical practice.

Individual 45-60 minute sessions with patients on nutrition for chronic conditions, stress management, eating patterns that support wellbeing, practical meal planning, and understanding how stress affects the body.
I work with patients your practice refers who need nutrition and lifestyle support beyond what you have time to provide. This is health coaching and nutrition education, not medical nutrition therapy (I'm not a Registered Dietitian and don't bill insurance).

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
I'm Corrina Snow, a Vermont-based wellness specialist who spent fifteen years learning what actually helps bodies under stress.
I'm a certified holistic nutritionist who practiced clinically for ten years. I understand how stress affects digestion, energy, pain, immunity - all of it. How bodies function when they're running on empty. What they need to recover.
I understand what it's like to work in helping professions. To give constantly. To feel like your body is betraying you when really it's just responding to unsustainable conditions. To be told you're "too sensitive" when really you're just paying attention.
I partner with you. I don’t create generic programs that check boxes but don't help. I teach practical skills grounded in how bodies actually work under stressSkills you can use at your desk, between patients, during the overwhelm.
Relationships, food, connection, being seen and having creative outlets are as important as exercise and diet. I look at the full view of life and how we can feel healthier and happier in our bodies, work and at home.
