Speak It
ONE TO ONE WITH CORRINA SNOW
A different kind of coaching experience.
Not being told.
You have your own intuition for that.
But a beckoning out of what's already inside of you.
And knowing how to want, how to ask for it, and how to stand up for yourself.
What's in your belly, your gut, your womb that you've been ignoring, or even worse, been telling shut up.
What are you having trouble saying?
To him. To her. To your mother.
To the people who need you to stay the same.
To the room. To the world.
To yourself.
Your therapist says you're so self aware — and it makes you cringe. Because you know. You've always known.
Knowing hasn't been the problem.
It was never a head problem.
Most women stop short of the life they want because they never learned to ask for it out loud.
Not because they don't know what it is.
Because saying it has consequences, and nobody taught us to want things that cost something.
They watch me leave a marriage and co-parent through it, build a business, start a job, buy a house, love a man across an ocean for years and then marry him, publish the thing, say the unsayable out loud — and they ask how. Not for advice. They want to know where the permission comes from.
This is where I answer that — not as a method or a framework, but by working with you directly, over a long stretch, until the thing I do becomes something you do.
It isn't a course. There's nothing to complete. It's closer to an apprenticeship in speaking for yourself.
I AM NOT SPECIAL
People tell me they don't know how I do it.
HOW THE WORK GOES
One to one, online, twice a month, over a year or more. Regular enough that you never have to explain the whole story again.
The work is finding the voice already in you and putting it back into use. We do that somatically — through feeling rather than analysing, in the body rather than about it.
Often through anger. Anger is usually the first honest thing under the silence, and most of us were trained to route around it. I don't route around it. That's most of what makes this different from what else is on offer.
Most women arrive in the wreckage of something, their marriage, a long relationship, a home, business or job they have to leave. So it starts with grief, because there's no voice available underneath unprocessed loss. It moves from feeling it, to saying it, to asking for what you actually want, to finding out that was allowed the whole time.
No worksheets, no modules, no groups, no diagnosis, and no talking in circles about your feelings. You bring what's sitting in you and we go at it.
OFTEN IT'S ABOUT DESIRE
A lot of what women can't say is about what you desire. What you want. What you stopped wanting. What you've never once asked for out loud, in years of being with someone who would probably have said yes.
We get to it when you're ready and not before — desire tends to come back late, after the grief has moved. But it does come back, and then there's the question of whether you can say any of it out loud.
This is for you if
You're in the wreck of something, or just out of it, and the people around you have stopped asking.
You know yourself well. That stopped being the problem a long time ago.
There's something you haven't said, and you know exactly what it is and exactly who needs to hear it.
You've quietly worked out what's possible for you, and you suspect you decided too small.
This isn't for you if
You want permission to stay where you are. That's a real choice and I'd think no less of you, but it isn't this.
You want me to agree with a decision you've already made, or tell you which one to pick.
You want to be handled gently the whole way. I'll be warm with you. I won't be careful for you.
You're in acute crisis. That needs a clinician, and I'd rather say so than accept your money.
HOW WE MEET
Two Sessions A Month
Sixty minutes each, on Zoom, at a standing time we set together. Recorded if you want it — some people go back and listen to what they said. Two a month keeps you in momentum.
Check In-ins Between
Voice notes or text, whenever you need them — before the hard conversation, or straight after it. I answer within a day. This is part of the work, not a bonus: most people have no practice at asking for help in the moment they need it, and doing it with me is how it becomes possible with everyone else.
Three months at a time
Six sessions to a stretch. The first month is building trust and learning how to speak from your body not your brain. At the end of three months we decide together whether to carry on, or take a month off. Most people go a year or more, a stretch at a time.
$500
per month
Two sessions and the check-ins in between, committed three months at a time. Pay monthly, or a quarter up front, whichever is easier on you.
I work with very few people this way. Over the last 13 years of coaching, I have found this approach to have the most benefit to you.
If it's a yes, it'll be a fast yes.
Write to me and tell me you are interested. I read and respond personally to every note.
